I post this question in the forum again because I posted before just to VH forum, but maybe authors from other marketplaces can help me with this:

Anyone knows how to setup a withdrawal with the Global Bank Transfer of payoneer?

I’m asking this because I set up my account in order to use the service (bank transfer) but apparently when I request a withdrawal, Envato will send my earning to the payoneer account, and I don’t want that.

What I want is that my earnings arrives to my country’s bank account through payoneer and don’t to the payoneer account.








Anyone has experience using the Global Bank Tranfer to do this?

Hi, do not start double threads, since we have new withdrawal page, i’m not sure how it works but i will try to help you. Go to your dashboard > withdrawal > payoneer and check is there option to signup. Also you will need copy of passport or national identity card for verification.

If you have any problems try to contact Envato Support
or Payoneer’s community manager Nissim

P.S. Global Bank Tranfer works only under Payoneer if you don’t want to use it you can use classic Wire – Swift transfer, but you will be limited with minimum $500 on your account before you can withdraw money.

You need to link your bank account with Payoner. You do that on Payoneer not on Envato side. There must be a link on your Payoneer profile where you can do that or contact their support if you don’t find it. Then all you have to do here is order a withdrawal to Payoneer and all funds will go to your bank account with only 15$ commissions taken by Payoneer.

To the OP – if you already applied for a Payoneer card you can contact us and request to switch your payment method to direct bank transfer. If you did sign up for our Global Bank Transfer Service, your payments from Envato will be sent to Payoneer and we will automatically transfer them to your bank account.

Yes, that is exactly my problem. I was wrong thinking that it should be set up here on VH. But, still I have doubts about costs and pricing of the service. In the Payoneer page says this:

“There are no monthly/annual fees or obligations for the Global Bank Transfer service. There is a fixed fee per payment, which may vary depending on your country and program. Detailed pricing will be provided during the one-time registration process.”

But I already did the registration process and I didn’t see anything about that thread. But I’m going to asking about through Payoneer’s contact page.

I was recently wondering about this option as well. And since this thread is already created, I thought I should ask:

If I understood right, single member can not opt in to use both Direct Bank Transfer and Payoneer Card? I would have to choose between the two? Is there a manual option to withdraw money from Payoneer account to my bank account sometimes (not every month), with using the Payoneer card in the meantime?

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I’m quite confused with these stuff :/

As i know money is always on your Payoneer account, it’s up to you if you withdraw it via ATM (using your Payoneer card) or Bank account (option available in Payoneer account).

This service is not yet available to everyone, however it is already available to Envato payees. So anyone that applied for a Payoneer card via Envato will now see an option in their account to withdraw funds to their local bank account.

This is a new service and we’re really excited about it, so I’d be more than happy to hear your feedback about it.

Hi there Nissim!

I already applied for Payoneer Card. I didn’t activate it because the Local Bank Transfer is a better option for me and accountancy. Can i use this new service “Withdraw to your Local Bank Account” whitout activate the Payoneer Card?
