defaults write com.apple.screencapture type jpg;killall SystemUIServer
For GIF
If you want the GIF formats for your screenshots all the time, then you need to write the following command in the Terminal and hit enter.
defaults write com.apple.screencapture type gif;killall SystemUIServer
For PDF
If you want the PDF formats for your screenshots all the time, then you need to write the following command in the Terminal and hit enter.
defaults write com.apple.screencapture type PDF;killall SystemUIServer
For Tiff
If you want the Tiff formats for your screenshots all the time, then you need to write the following command in the Terminal and hit enter.
defaults write com.apple.screencapture type tiff;killall SystemUIServer
For PNG (Reverting)
If you want the PNG format back for your screenshots all the time, then you need to write the following command in the Terminal and hit enter.
defaults write com.apple.screencapture type png;killall SystemUIServer

How TO :
1.First Off all You Needs Differnt Partitions For Different OS Versions.
USE MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition 9.1 (Link) To do This or You Simply Do This on Win7,Win8,Win10.
(To Make a Partition Just Go to Start>Control>Administrative Tools>Computer Management
OR Just GO TO CMD And Type compmgmt.msc)
Firstly Shrink Your Drive To Allocate More Disk Space (option>Shrink Volume)
Make A New Drive Click on "New Simple Volume" Click Next and Choose Your New Volume Space Click Next
Choose Your Drive Letter.
2.Install an OS on that Volume.
(Note: That XP Overwrite on Boot File).
3. After Completing Windows Installation Now Install EASY BCD 2.3 on Your System.and open It
4. Usually its Detect Installed OS If Its Not Just Add New Entry(Follow ScreenShot )
4.1 Add New Entry
4.2 Select OS Type
4.3 Name Your OS
4.4 Select Your Drive Where You Installed OS
4.5 Click on Save Settings
See Your Entry in "Edit Boot Menu" and You Can Choose Your Default OS
Restart your Pc and You Will See A Menu To Choose Your OS To Start.:)
